Relax-Take it Easy
We will be introducing several Buddhistic techniques to cope with stress during your life in IMU. As mentioned in the talk by Dr. Chan on Wednesday, it is very important to stay in line with every aspect of university life while juggling family, studies and relationship problems.
For this gathering, we will be playing games which will help you de-stress and teach you ways get around stress. There will also be a hymm singing session which will incorperate sign language to make it fun.
