5th Ehipassiko Camp!!!

The camp has just ended yesterday and I hope everyone enjoyed it...
We would like to thank Maha Karuna Buddhist Society for supporting us and providing wonderful facilities for us to conduct the camp. We would also like to thank all committee members for the many sleepless nights and hard work to make this camp succeed. We are also grateful to all participants of the camp who have given us the opportunity to spread the Buddha Dhamma. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to all speakers and facilitators who have educated us with interesting talks and workshops, and inspired us to continue to pursue the eternal bliss of Nirvana.
This camp focused most of its efforts on three educational goals which are the importance of Chan/Zen, Aptitude Perspective Training (APT) and to "Breakthrough". Thanks to Venerable Chang Wen, we were exposed to some basics in Mahayana Buddhism and several ways to practice Chan. The APT idea initiated by Bro. New Jaa Ming has been applied in almost all our activities in the camp with great success. Lastly, the Buddha's enlightenment is the greatest spiritual breakthrough and it is our responsibility as Buddhists to spread this Breakthrough to everyone by breaking through all organizing barriers and challenges, implementing new games and learning methods, and extending the length of the camp from the usual 3 days 2 nights to 4 days 3 nights.
This song is the best theme song ever!!!
